No. Griha Sajja is an independent reseller. We do not manufacture products.

Q. Are you affiliated with the brands listed on your website?

No. We have no official affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with any brand unless explicitly stated on a specific product page.

Curation, Value & How We Source

Q. What does “curation” mean at Griha Sajja?

We curate a changing selection of premium, unique, and hard-to-find products that offer strong design, functionality, and value. We focus on items we believe customers will enjoy owning or gifting.

Q. How are you able to offer great value on some products?

We often acquire products in bulk lots, limited-quantity batches, and closeout/surplus inventories. This helps us offer competitive prices and a selection that changes frequently.

Because sourcing is lot-based, some items may be available only for a short time or in limited quantities.
Q. Do you always have the same items in stock?

Not always. Since many products are sourced in lots or limited batches, availability can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.

Orders

Q. How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email/SMS after successful payment.

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes—if your order has not been dispatched yet, we can help modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order has already shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we accept prepaid orders only. COD is not available at this time.

Q. Are your prices inclusive of taxes and fees?

Prices are shown in INR. Where applicable, taxes are included unless stated otherwise. Any shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Q. How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, local restrictions, or unforeseen delays.
Q. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details via email/SMS. You may also contact us with your order number for an update.

Q. Do you ship across India?

We ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

Q. What if I entered an incorrect address?

Please contact us immediately with your order number. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Q. What if my package is damaged or missing items?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@grihasajja.co.in with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund (as applicable).

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Q. What is your return window?

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.

Q. What items are eligible for return or replacement?

Returns/replacements are typically eligible if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (where applicable)
Some items (for example, customized/special orders) may be non-returnable. If unsure, contact us before ordering.
Q. Do I need an unboxing video to claim damage?

No. An unboxing video is helpful but not mandatory. Clear photos/videos are sufficient.

Q. How do I initiate a return or replacement?

Email contactus@grihasajja.co.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number, product name/variant, reason, and photos/videos (if applicable). Our team will reply with next steps.

Q. When will I receive my refund?

After approval and/or after inspection (as applicable), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Q. Will shipping charges be refunded?

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged item).

Product Condition, Packaging & Open-Box

Q. Are the products you sell new?

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, products sold on Griha Sajja are intended to be new and unused.

Q. Why might some products have packaging wear or cosmetic outer-box damage?

Because many items are sourced in bulk lots and handled through transport and storage, outer packaging can sometimes show cosmetic wear (small dents, scuffs, creases, sticker marks, or imperfect shrink-wrap). This does not necessarily affect product usability.

Q. Do you sell open-box or special-condition items?

Occasionally, some items may be listed as open-box, clearance, or special-condition. When that applies, it is clearly mentioned on the product page description so customers know what to expect.

  • Open-box typically means the outer packaging may have been opened while the item remains unused (as described).
  • If a product has a notable cosmetic issue or missing non-essential packaging/accessory (if applicable), it is disclosed on the product page.
If you prefer sealed packaging only, please check the product description carefully or contact us before ordering.
Q. Why might packaging look different from what is shown online?

Brands may update packaging designs across batches or regions. Some items may also carry importer labels, barcode stickers, or logistics markings applied during shipment. Minor packaging differences do not indicate a used product.

Authenticity, Warranty & Expiry

Q. How do you source your products?

We acquire products through bulk purchases, surplus inventories, closeout lots, and secondary-market opportunities. This allows us to offer unique items and competitive prices.

Q. Are the products authentic?

We take reasonable steps to ensure products offered for sale are genuine and in sellable condition. Items are visually inspected before listing and before dispatch to check for obvious damage or tampering.

Q. Do products include manufacturer warranty?

Warranty coverage (if any) depends on the brand and the product. If a product includes a manufacturer warranty, it will be mentioned on the product page. If no warranty information is provided, please assume the product may not carry a brand-backed warranty.

Q. What about expiry dates, batch numbers, and MRP?

For categories where it applies (e.g., personal care/beauty/consumables), products may carry batch/lot/expiry details printed on the product or packaging. MRP labels may be present as per Indian regulations and logistics requirements. If you need expiry/batch details before ordering, email us with the product link and we’ll share available details if possible.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
