Refund policy

you may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items damaged due to misuse.
• Customized or special-order products (if applicable).
Return Process:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Reason for return
Our support team will guide you through pickup or return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:
• If the return is due to our error, we will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping costs.
• If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges may apply.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending
on the bank or payment gateway.
Replacements:
Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be
returned as per the return guidelines.
